Some properties just need a reset. Overgrown brush and unpruned trees have a way of creeping up on you - what starts as a little extra growth turns into a situation where you can barely see the structure of the yard anymore. That's exactly what we were working with here.
The brush along the back had gotten dense enough to completely swallow the lower canopy of the trees. Branches were tangling into each other, and the whole area had lost any sense of shape or purpose. A good brush cleanup isn't just about appearances - it opens up airflow, reduces pest harborage, and makes the space actually usable again.
We got in there and cleared out the overgrowth, then moved on to trimming the trees back to a clean, healthy structure. It's the kind of work that looks simple in the after photos, but there's real judgment involved - knowing what to cut, what to leave, and how to keep the tree looking natural instead of hacked up.
This is actually just the first phase of the work at this property. We've got more to show from this job, so keep an eye out for the follow-up photos. The difference from start to finish on the full scope is going to be worth seeing.
Whether you're dealing with one overgrown corner or a whole property that needs attention, brush cleanup and tree trimming are usually the right place to start. Get the bones of the yard right first, and everything else follows from there.
