A brand new home sitting on a raw, unfinished lot is one of the most common starting points we work with. No grass. No definition. Just a nice house surrounded by bare dirt and open land. We laid fresh sod across the entire yard to give this home a clean, established look. One thing a lot of people don't realize is how much sod changes the feel of a property from above.
